Walking Is A Natural Healer

Isn’t it amazing that you can be in a pretty difficult place be it in love, work, health or financially and yet you can step out of the house and see the full moon shimmering. You take a deep breath and look around and see frosty fields, beautiful glittery rooftops and a sun rising with an essence of pink and dusty orange. Being able to walk my dogs and momentarily have my breath taken away by the worlds natural beauty is priceless. For a minute  all of your worries are non existent and you feel a moment of serenity.  To instantly feel relaxed and your tightened chest filled with anxiety lighten and fill with air is the most calming feeling ever. Here in Pudsey we are lucky to have so many beautiful walks all around us. Had my phone not been broken I would of captured this beautiful experience this morning. However I did enjoy the peace without any electronical devices. Because let’s be honest thee best memories are stored in the heart and mind not on mobile phones!
